Environmental Wellness

Environmental Wellness, or Planetary Wellness, inspires a lifestyle that is respectful of our immediate surroundings and expands to nature and the whole world around us. Increasingly, personal health depends on the health of the planet and environment -- from the safety of the air, food and water supply to the degree of violence in a society.

Environmental wellness promotes interaction with nature and your personal environment, requires learning about and protecting yourself against such hazards and doing what you can to reduce or eliminate them, either on your own or with others.
