Spring & Summer Months - An Amazing Impact on Love

There's something about spring and summer that affects us like some strange more-love potion. You can't help but notice it, spring or summer has an amazing impact on lovers. Reasons for that are in our behaviour. We smile more, we stay outside as long as we can and we play more regardless of how old we are.

The way we view our bodies start changing during the spring months and changes completely in summer. We flaunt a little skin, we wear more form-fitting clothes, we wear colour and we even seem to experience a new level of self-appreciation. Of course, having more contact with our flesh takes some time to get used to at first, in case you remember that first shocking experience of slipping back into our bathing suit or trying on shorts, but on the end everybody had enough of bulky sweaters and clothing to camouflage themselves.

Our Own Metamorphosis

Given the fact that people all around us are doing exactly the same thing during the spring and summer, we are more relaxed and comfortable with our bodies. Both our body-esteem and our self-esteem changes, it becomes comfortable and feels natural. It's a metamorphosis - we all go from caterpillars to butterflies. It shows up even in our buying habits. Both man and women are more experimental and impulsive in their spending.

We are even healthier because we are eating right and that is another natural change that affects our perception of ourselves. During the spring and summer we also eat more balanced diets which is another reason we feel really good. Our diets are higher in fibre, with more fruits, salads and vegetables and that mean better digestion and another reason to feel really good.
