TsengelTsengel is a soum located in the north-east of the aimaq (province) of Bayan Olgiy. The capital (soum center) of Tsengel is Hushoot, located on in the west of the soum. Instead of being mainly Kazakh like the rest of the aimaq, the people there are mainly Tuvans, known as Tsengel Tuvans. |
