Systemic circulation

Systemic circulation is a circuit of circulation in the cardiovascular system. Blood circulates from the left ventricle to the organs and tissues to the systemic veins to the right atrium.

The large artery leaving the heart is the aorta. The large veins entering the heart are the superior vena cava and inferior vena cava.
