Search and seizure

Search and seizure is a happening, where police suspects that a crime has happened and does a search to a destination. The shortest punishment of the crime should be six months prison. Search and seizure could be done in a building, room, closed warehouse or a vehicle. Why this happens is that the police would find the thing to confiscate or otherwise find a thing with how the crime could be solved.

A person who isn't suspected of a crime, police could do the search and seizyre only if the crime is done in him/her home, the suspected has taken from there, or otherwise police could very probable think that they could find an object to confiscate or in other ways have a solve to a crime.
