Ruth Ann Minner

Ruth Ann Minner (born January 17, 1935) is the governor of Delaware. She is a member of the United States Democratic Party.

Minner was born in Milford, Delaware. She was elected governor in 2000, receiving 60% of the vote while Republican candidate John Burris received 40%. She became governor in 2001.
