Last 2 teams are dropped from PLS (Seria A) to Seria B

• BBTS Siatkarz Original Bielsko-Biała;
• Hefra Gwardia Wrocław;

The winners of Seria B are promoted to PLS:

• Resovia Rzeszów
• Górnik Radlin
