Piņa Colada
A Piña Colada is a sweet cocktail. The name is from the Spanish words piña (pineapple) and colada (strained). The pulped or mashed pineapple is strained through a sieve. A non-alcoholic version is known as the Virgin Pina Colada.
This beverage is made of
- 1 part coconut milk (widely available in bottles in grocery stores),
- 1 part white rum
- 2 parts unsweetened pineapple juice
