Pec

Peć (Пећ; Albanian Pejė or Peja) is a city located in the province of Serbia called Kosovo (officially Kosovo and Metohia), Serbia and Montenegro, at 42.66° North, 20.31° East, within the Metohija. Its name means "Furnace" in Serbian. In 2003 the city had a total population of 81,800 and had a large Turkish minority. It was heavily damaged in the Kosovo war.
