Oxegen is a 2-day music festival taking place from the 9th-11th of July in Punchestown Racecourse, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Over 2 days, over 100 bands, djs, and acts will grace 5 stages and delight over 60,000 music fans from all over Ireland and even further afield. This is the 4th year of the festival, which is under a new name this year due to a new sponsor. 100's of bands, from famous, to infamous, have played the festival in the past, creating a mix of emtions from the thousands of festival goers who have been present. One of the main attractions of the festival is the 40,000 capacity campsite which holds those brave enough to live without creature comforts for 4 days. the campsite creates a community spirit, with lots of fun and entertainment available all through the weekend.
