Naan

Naan is a round flat bread made of flour. It is similar to pita, but naans are central to the cuisines of South Asia. Unlike roti naans have yeast, and often are also made of milk or yogurt giving them greater volume and making them thicker. It is often used to scoop other foods.

Naan bread is very popular as an add-on to Indian cuisine in Western culture, especially with dishes such as curry.
