Michael Misick

Michael Eugene Misick (born February 2, 1966) has been the chief minister of the Turks and Caicos Islands since August 15, 2003. He is a member of the conservative Progressive National Party and became chief minister when his party, after eight years as the opposition party, gained two parliamentary seats in by-elections. Several other members of Misick's party have been politicians in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and important leaders in the PNP.
