Hexameter
\Hexameter is a literary and poetic form, consisting of six metrical feet per line as in the Iliad. Hexameter was considered the most suitable form for the epic and used not only in ancient works as Aeneid but also Milton's Paradise Lost.See also: Dactylic hexameter
