Granisetron

Granisetron is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Granisetron is in a class of medications called 5-HT3 receptor antagonists.

Granisetron is produced by Roche Laboratories under the trade name Kytril.
