Dzongkhag

A dzongkhag (both singular and plural) is the term used to describe a district of Bhutan. Bhutan contains 20 dzongkhag: Bumthang, Chukha, Dagana, Gasa, Haa, Lhuntse, Mongar, Paro, Pemagatshel, Punakha, Samdrup Jongkhar, Samtse, Sarpang, Thimphu (also the capital), Trashigang, Trashiyangste, Trongsa, Tsirang, Wangdue Phodrang, and Zhemgang.
