Asymptomatic

In medicine, a disease is asymptomatic when it is at a stage when the patient does not experience symptoms. Dependent on the disease, the physician can find a sign or the disease is discovered on X-rays or other investigations.

Some diseases remain asymptomatic for a remarkably long time, including some forms of cancer.
