18th Street (New York Subway)

18th Street station was only open from 1904 to 1948. The station was closed because of platform lenghtening, this time at 14th Street-Union Square. If you were standing on the platform at this station, you would see the lights of 14th Street-Union Square just down the tracks.

The station is inaccessible from the street, but still shows heavy graffiti. It can be seen through the windows of any 6 train just north of 14th Street-Union Square.
